We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead IT/digital initiatives for Brightspeed telecom programs, focusing on Java based application development and eCommerce platforms. The candidate will drive Agile delivery across cross functional teams ensuring quality and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of Java based applications (Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs)
Define scope, timelines, and resource planning
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
Lead Agile ceremonies and track progress using Jira
Coordinate Dev, QA, DevOps, and UX teams
Oversee system integrations and telecom platform alignment
Identify risks and ensure quality governance
Manage telecom eCommerce flows (Order, Checkout, Billing
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience
Experience in telecom IT/digital projects
Experience managing Java/Microservices delivery
Exposure to eCommerce platforms/customer journe
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
API integrations and distributed systems
Telecom OSS/BSS knowledge
Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects
Problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Telecom digital transformation experience
DevOps/CI CD understanding
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering/IT or related field.
