Turn Around Communications, Inc. (TACI) is hiring experienced Coax Splicers to support broadband, CATV, and outside plant (OSP) construction projects.

We are looking for technicians with hands-on experience in coax splicing, aerial and underground construction, CATV equipment, troubleshooting, and network maintenance. Candidates should be able to work independently, read construction prints, and complete quality work safely and efficiently.

Coax Splicing & Installation

• Splice, activate, repair, and maintain coaxial cable and CATV network infrastructure.

• Install active and passive devices, pedestals, vaults, splice cases, and related telecommunications equipment.

• Place and install coax cable for new construction, upgrades, maintenance, and repair assignments.

• Read and follow construction drawings, maps, diagrams, work orders, and customer specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Previous coax splicing, CATV, broadband, cable construction, or OSP telecommunications experience.

• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot field issues, and safely operate tools and equipment.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and accommodate evenings, weekends, overtime, and on-call assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CATV active/passive equipment and coax network troubleshooting.

• Experience with aerial construction, bucket trucks, underground construction, and utility infrastructure.

• Experience training or mentoring entry-level technicians and maintaining safe work practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.

• Ability to climb poles and ladders and safely work at heights.

• Ability to perform physical construction work throughout the workday.

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, wind, and other field conditions.
