We are currently seeking experienced Cocktail Runner candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional team of professionals. Successful cocktail server/runner candidates will have previous hospitality experience, and a proven record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Our hospitality professionals are the best in the business. We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. COMPENSATION:

$14.00-$16.00/ per hour, Plus Tips (Potential to make up to $50/hour)

REQUIRED TRAINING/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Restaurant experience preferred
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (4-8 hours)
3. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
4. Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform/footwear.
5. Clear and accurate communication.
6. Command of the English language.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Action-orientated towards guest requests.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Communication. Work closely with bartender and cocktail server.  
2. Deliver cocktails and exceptional service to guest(s). 
3. Displays Southern Hospitality.
4. Be the positive and uplifting first and last impression for guests.
5. Maintain cleanliness of front entry way and bar area. 
6. Assist in table maintenance when able.
7. Stay current with all upcoming promotional events.
8. Always friendly and courteous.
9. Communicates all guest requests/special occasions to server and or Leader on Duty.
10. Always maintain clean and professional appearance.
11. Work with “Teamwork” always in mind.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
