Cocktail Server - Terrace Lounge

The Cocktail Server is to provide beverages and service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner in busy lounges with events, live music, and craft cocktails.

Duties:

• Acknowledge guests by making eye contact, sincerely greeting and thanking them.

• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

• Serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.

• Applies knowledge of drink pricing and craft cocktails.

• Applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.

• Completes all side work requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Alcohol Awareness Card required.

• Serving/Cocktailing experience appreciated but not required.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest and stand for long periods of time.

• Able to work any day of the week including holidays and swing shift.

• Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
