Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selections of all "call," and "premium" brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to guest in a timely manner. Always maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment, etc.
