Code Enforcement Attorney Prosecution & Process Design

The City of Cleveland seeks an experienced attorney to lead the Code Enforcement unit within the Law Department. You will focus on criminal prosecutions and civil litigation to enforce the city's building, housing, zoning, fire, health and sidewalk ordinances, and to improve residents' quality of life.You will work with City departments, Boards, and the courts to design enforcement processes and defend City decisions, collaborating across teams to pursue strategic code enforcement initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
