Cohesity Clerk – Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
Total Hourly Rate: $19.75 per hour
Regular Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Training Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First 6–8 Weeks)

Job Description  

Fulfill orders from stored inventory meeting customer requirements

Ship orders within the commitments and completes all documentation.

Communicate with leads, supervisor and planners regarding any fulfillment issues or problems.

Receives, unpack and inspect incoming material and product 

Ensures documentation such as packing list, labels (travelers) and any other documentation is complete and processed appropriately.

Identifies, investigates and participates in how to improve processes and procedures to improve performance

 

Expectations

Work on highly complex problems that require independent action and decision making. 

Determine best action solve problems and makes recommendations for improvement. 

Gain decently in-depth knowledge of the parts going into the servers.

Gain very in-depth knowledge of WHS processes and Integration processes.

Significant creativity is expected to recommend solutions to fix problems and additional challenge.

May act as informal team lead to coach less experienced members.

Frequent collaboration with management, an entire integration team and many other teams such as Supply Planning, Inventory Control, Engineering, Production and Outbound.  Coordinates efforts with other departments for efficiency. Frequently acts as a point of contact.  

 

Maintaining and updating inventory as required.  

 

This role may require prolonged standing lifting to 50 pounds. 

 

This may also require specific visual acuity for final inspections and the ability to bend, stoop, squad, twist.
