Collections Representative

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: Join our Corporate Shared Services team in Greeley, Colorado, and play a key role in supporting customer payment activity and account management. This position is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of business customers, resolving payment issues, monitoring account balances, and partnering with internal teams to support timely collections and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Oversee a high-volume portfolio of commercial customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Partner with customers to resolve billing, payment, and account-related questions.
• Review account activity to identify collection risks and payment trends.
• Ensure invoices are received and processed according to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to support account resolution.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and collection notes.
• Escalate complex account concerns when necessary and provide updates to leadership.
• Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer support, or a related business function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable to new technology and process improvements, including AI-enabled business tools.
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $19.00 - $20.00; and

The posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
