$20/hr base + performance-based commission.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our Staten Island office. You must be able to reliably commute here Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. No remote or hybrid.
Compensation
- Guaranteed base: $20 per hour for all hours worked
- Plus commission: 25% of collections above your monthly goal
- Top earners regularly exceed $6,500-$7,500 per month total ($78,000-$90,000 per year)
The base is paid regardless of production.
Additional earnings come from performance against monthly goals. We will walk through the exact goal structure and how the commission is calculated in the interview.
The role:
You will work accounts by phone - negotiating payments and collecting balances. The job requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to handle rejection while staying consistent. Training and coaching are provided.
What we're looking for
- Reliable transportation to Staten Island five days a week
- Interest in earning more through performance-based commission on top of a guaranteed base
- Comfort with a structured, phone-based collections environment
