Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Collections Specialist with extensive Fertility medical practice experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Observe accounts to identify and collect overdue payments
- Address client queries regarding repayment plans
- Communicates effectively with patients to request and arrange payments towards outstanding account balances
- Take necessary action to encourage timely payments
- Keep accurate records and reporting on account collection activity
- Develop collection methods that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company goals
- Process patient payments and post accordingly
- Review patient accounts to ensure charges are posted accurately based on insurance requirements or financial program
