COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

LOCATION
Tempe, AZ | Onsite to start; opportunity to transition to remote after successfully completing the probationary period and meeting required performance metrics

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19/hour during the temporary period; pay increases up to $22+/hour when hired permanently
• Eligible for monthly performance bonuses of $500 or more after permanent hire!!!
• Full-time | Overtime required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Connect with delinquent account holders through dialer systems and direct outreach to find workable solutions
• Identify reasons for delinquency and confidently negotiate payment arrangements
• Hit productivity, quality, and performance goals in a results-driven environment
• Use skip tracing tools to locate borrowers and keep accounts moving forward
• Create positive, professional customer experiences—even during challenging conversations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of collections experience clearly reflected on your resume OR fluent Spanish with 3+ years of call center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet established productivity and performance expectations

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Dialer systems
• Skip tracing tools
• CRM or account management software
• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply!!!
