The Supervisor of Centralized Collections is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

•     Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections teamMonitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
•     Recommend and implement process improvements when neededWork with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
•     Conduct account audits and communicate results to team membersFacilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
•     Resolve employee issues where necessaryFacilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage 
•     Other duties as assigned by leadership.

  Minimum Qualifications

  1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
•     3+ years previous Collections experience High school diploma or equivalent
•     Strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeMust pass pre-employment screening

  Preferred Qualifications

•     Previous experience in consumer finance industry.

  Critical Competencies 

  Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
•     Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.High level of integrity.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
