Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller & Collector to join our team in Corona, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility and hospital billing accounts, resolving collection issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims. Responsibilities

• Resolve facility and hospital billing and collection issues proactively within 1-2 business days.
• Maintain productivity of approximately 50 worked accounts per day.
• Review, investigate, and pursue unpaid accounts aged 120+ days.
• Provide feedback to management regarding billing accuracy and front-end registration processes.
• Demonstrate and maintain complete knowledge of AIS.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable balances.

Requirements

• Medical Billing and Collections experience required.
• Experience working with facility and hospital accounts preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity goals.
• Proficient computer and documentation skills.
