Key Responsibilities for the Late Stage Collector:
- Manage late-stage delinquent commercial accounts and negotiate payment resolutions with customers.
- Investigate hard-to-reach accounts through skip tracing, research, dealer outreach, and account analysis.
- Review account history, documentation, and prior collection efforts to determine next steps.
- Maintain detailed account notes and follow-up activity within collection management systems.
- Prioritize assigned accounts and execute collection strategies in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications for the Late Stage Collector:
- 3-5 years of collections experience, preferably in late-stage or advanced collections.
- Experience handling complex account resolutions and customer negotiations.
- Ability to perform investigative research, including skip tracing and account analysis.
- Comfortable working within multiple collection or portfolio management systems.
