Salary Range: $85000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Accurately assess vehicle damage following accidents and prepare detailed repair estimates.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair plans, costs, and timelines.

Collaborate with technicians and body shop managers to ensure repair quality and efficiency.

Source and order necessary parts, managing inventory as needed.

Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.

Strive for continuous improvement in estimating accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience as an auto damage appraiser or estimator required.

Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and parts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative shop environment.
