Greet clients and assess their needs, while assisting them in navigating the process of having their vehicle repaired. Customer service is our top priority, Estimator to follow repair through from start to finish updating the client every step of the way. Working with insurance companies to complete an accurate and thorough repair estimate, quality check the repairs prior to releasing vehicle to the client.
This role is critical because it is the face of our collision center, we want every client to feel Wowed and informed during the repair process, the estimator needs to understand and sympathize with the difficulty of their situation. We want the clients confident that we will restore their vehicle back to pre-accident condition all while keeping them updated and informed.
