    About the Shop
A high-end, OEM-certified collision center with modern equipment and strong EV capabilities. The team follows factory repair procedures to deliver safe, accurate repairs and a smooth, transparent customer experience.

    Role Summary
We’re hiring a Collision Estimator (Repair Planner) to own the estimate lifecycle from intake through delivery: blueprinting, insurer communication (DRP), parts and supplements, customer updates, and final documentation—all aligned to OEM guidelines and CCC workflows.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Blueprint and estimate repairs in CCC using OEM procedures, including scans, calibrations, corrosion protection, ADAS, and refinish ops.
    - Ensure OEM and DRP compliance; manage photos, documentation, and KPI expectations.
    - Build and manage supplements; coordinate with parts for pricing, availability, and returns.
    - Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and production; maintain timely status updates and approvals.
    - Partner with production to minimize rework, reduce cycle time, and hit touch-time and CSI goals.
    - Maintain complete, audit-ready files (photos, repair lines, notes).

    Schedule
Full-time, on-site. Final schedule discussed in interview.

    Why This Role
    - OEM-level standards in a modern, well-equipped shop.
    - Stable salary role, clear processes, and supportive leadership.
    - Opportunity to work with advanced materials, EV platforms, and premium certifications.

    Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications
    - Consistent, stable work history as a Collision Estimator / Repair Planner.
    - Hands-on experience with Insurance DRP workflows and adjuster interactions.
    - Proven ability to follow OEM estimating guidelines and research procedures.
    - Proficiency in CCC (CCC ONE estimating/management).
    - Strong blueprinting and supplement writing; able to justify operations with proper documentation.
    - Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

    Nice-to-Haves
    - Experience in OEM-certified and/or EV repair environments.
    - I-CAR coursework or OEM training exposure.
    - Knowledge of pre/post scans, ADAS calibrations, and corrosion protection standards.
    - KPI fluency (cycle time, touch time, CSI, gross profit on parts/refinish).
