What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about more than fixing damage. You're helping return someone's vehicle safely and properly, knowing there's a real customer waiting on the other side of the repair.

You'll work in a team-first shop where quality and safety come before rushing a vehicle out the door. You'll take ownership of your work, keep your space clean and organized, and handle each repair with the kind of care that shows real professionalism.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What You'll Earn

Compensation includes a competitive compensation structure with performance incentives. Your schedule will be 35 to 40 hours per week. Specific pay and benefits package details will be discussed during the interview process.
