Product Development Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Laboratory Technician to support product formulation, testing, and laboratory operations. This role works closely with scientists, clients, manufacturing teams, and global laboratories to develop and refine formulations, manage materials and samples, maintain accurate records, coordinate testing, and support the transfer of approved products into manufacturing.

• Assist with formulation development, product testing, and adjustments based on client feedback.
• Organize laboratory materials, samples, and formulation records.
• Coordinate testing with internal and international laboratories.
• Review and validate formulation data for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to management.
• Support the transfer of completed formulations to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with clients, scientists, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Follow company quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in a science-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of laboratory, product development, formulation, testing, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
