We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional Wild Wing Cafe experience. The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, as well as helping to coordinate staffing, maintain operational standards, and support the achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities

-Support daily operations and ensure procedures are followed consistently.
-Help recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members.
-Coordinate schedules and help maintain appropriate staffing coverage.
-Provide responsive, professional service and help resolve customer concerns.
-Communicate priorities, updates, and expectations clearly to the team.
-Monitor operational needs, identify issues, and recommend practical improvements.
-Support the General Manager with tracking performance, preparing reports, and meeting location goals.
-Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment.
-Follow applicable company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

-Previous experience in a supervisory, team-lead, or assistant management role, preferably in a full-service, casual dining environment.
-Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to motivate and support a team with varied experience and perspectives.
-Sound judgment and a customer-focused approach.
-ServSafe Manager certification REQUIRED
-2+ years of restaurant experience managing both FOH and BOH operations REQUIRED
