Commercial Account Manager

Job Description:

This established restoration company is looking for a driven Commercial Business Development Manager to join its growing team. They are seeking a relationship-focused sales professional who can build strong partnerships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.

Info/Requirements:

• B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-driven sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong with follow-through.
• CRM and sales tracking experience preferred.
• Restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Job Overview:

• Build and manage relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Educate clients on emergency response planning, disaster preparedness, and restoration solutions.
• Conduct regular client visits and attend networking and industry events.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities involving water, fire, storm, and emergency response services.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Deliver presentations and communicate the company's capabilities to decision-makers.
• Partner with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Position the company as the first call when commercial losses occur.
• Drive growth through relationship development rather than transactional sales.
