Wallace Electric Company is currently seeking a Commercial & Industrial Electrical Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field electrical operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and client expectations. The superintendent leads crews, coordinates subcontractors, manages materials, and supports communication between project management and field operations. To be successful in this role, the individual will be laser-focused on the project at hand, while continuing to be decisive, strategic, structured, and dedicated to producing high-quality results for the organization and the client. The Superintendent will rise to the occasion when meeting stringent deadlines, understanding the gravity of what it means to follow-up and follow-through. The individual will have exceptional communication skills and will exemplify strong leadership, serving as a mentor to their team while leading by example. The individual will not second-guess or shy away from jumping into the mighty trenches with their crew when it is crunch time or deemed necessary. The Superintendentmust have at least three years of experience.
