We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Body Technician to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with experience performing body work on commercial vehicles, including buses, heavy equipment and trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, priming, and body prep.
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Operate spray guns and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform structural repairs, dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and refinishing.
- Perform touch-ups and finishing work to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive or commercial body shop painter.
- Experience with trucks, fleet vehicles, buses, or heavy equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

Days, 7:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday. OT available and is paid after 40 hours.
