Position: Commercial Blasting Engineer
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$75 per task
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in energetic materials and propulsion. Label them as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard. Judge the correctness of each response.
• Write reference answers, explaining correct responses and technical reasoning.
• Distinguish between routine professional questions and those fishing for misuse. Ensure model responses align with this distinction.
• Work independently and asynchronously. Maintain flexible hours while improving model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Licensed practitioner in handling, storing, and moving specialty materials.
• Experience in blast design, vibration control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical writing skills with prior experience or published research.
• Ability to write clear rationales for non-specialists.

Preferred

• Red-teaming experience in mining, quarrying, construction, or demolition.
• Background in magazine management and inventory reconciliation.
