Description
We are looking for a full-time, reliable maintenance technician to work at our properties in
the Nashua – Bedford – Manchester area.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Respond to tenant requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Provide 24/7 on-call coverage.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.
Perform preventative maintenance.
- Requirements:
- Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Have the ability to patch drywall and paint.
- Have problem solving skills.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have good conversation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have good, reliable transportation.
