Commercial Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a full-time, reliable maintenance technician to work at our properties in

the Nashua – Bedford – Manchester area.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Respond to tenant requests.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.

Perform preventative maintenance.

• Requirements:
• Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Have the ability to patch drywall and paint.
• Have problem solving skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Have good conversation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have good, reliable transportation.
