Responsibilities:

• Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across various commercial spaces
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Dependable transportation to reach job sites in and around Elkton, MD
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude
