Highstreet Insurance is a relationship-driven independent agency looking for an exceptional Commercial Client Manager to join our team. As a commercial client manager, you play a vital role in ensuring our commercial clients receive the service, coverage and care they need. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued commercial clients. What you'll do: Build lasting relationships, providing service and support to commercial clients. You'll be the first point of contact for commercial clients, handling their day-today questions, proactively work with the client on policy renewals, support the client during claims and handle the full life cycle of the policy. You will be key in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts and provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of commercial activities.
