Commercial Concrete Foreman

A well-established commercial General Contractor in the Pittsburgh area is hiring a Concrete Foreman to join their self-perform concrete team! This is a great opportunity to lead crews on commercial concrete work with a team that values quality and safety. This role offers up to $125,000 depending on experience!

CONCRETE FOREMAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or Lead on commercial construction projects

• Hands-on knowledge of commercial concrete work, including foundations, slabs on grade and elevated slabs, structural concrete, and site concrete

• Ability to lead, schedule, and direct field crews

 Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

 Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality

CONCRETE FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial jobsites

• Plan daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment needs

• Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and productive

• Make sure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager on schedule and field issues

 Help keep projects on schedule and on budget
