Commercial Concrete Foreman

Our client, a respected commercial construction contractor in the Pittsburgh area, is hiring an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman. This is an immediate opening, and relocation assistance is available for the right person.

What you'll do:

• Lead concrete crews on commercial projects: footings, foundations, walls, slabs on grade, elevated decks and flatwork

• Plan daily work, manpower and equipment to hit schedule

• Read plans and specs, and coordinate layout, forming, rebar, placement and finishing

• Run a safe jobsite and hold the crew to quality standards

• Communicate with the superintendent, project manager and other trades

What you bring:

• 3+ years as a hands-on working foreman on commercial concrete projects, running the crew and working alongside them

• Strong forming, placing and finishing knowledge

• Ability to read blueprints and lead a crew

• OSHA 30 a plus

• Willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh area if not local
