A respected General Contractor with a strong backlog of commercial projects is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys the estimating process and wants to work on ground-up commercial construction projects with a financially stable company that values collaboration, work-life balance, and long-term growth.

Estimator Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects

• Ability to prepare accurate, detailed estimates and bid proposals

• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs

• Strong understanding of budgets, P&L, cost projections, and margins

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
