What You''ll Do

Gain Exposure to Construction Lending & Portfolio Management

As a Commercial Credit Construction Summer Intern, you''ll support the day-to-day operations of the Construction Lending team while learning how construction projects are monitored, funded, and administered throughout their lifecycle.

You''ll work closely with Construction Portfolio Managers, Internal Inspectors, and department leadership while helping maintain accurate project information and supporting critical lending activities.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist with maintaining construction loans within Construct, the Bank''s cloud-based construction loan management platform.
• Review loan and construction documentation to support the onboarding and management of construction projects.
• Update and maintain construction project budgets and related project information.
• Participate in the construction requisition and inspection process.
• Support the management and distribution of department communications and inbox requests.
• Assist with retrieving documentation needed for audits, reviews, and ongoing compliance activities.
• Create reports and summaries to support the Construction Team Manager and department initiatives.
• Help ensure construction loan information remains accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Gain exposure to how commercial construction projects are managed from both a lending and operational perspective.
• Participate in collaborative summer projects with fellow interns.
