Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment to align with project timelines.
- Lead project meetings and foster clear communication among all team members.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:
- Ground up Commercial Construction Experience
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
