Commercial Construction Project Manager

A well-established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through final completion. The PM will take ownership of project performance, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial projections.

• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.

• Monitor project costs, quality, schedule, and overall progress.

• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

• Identify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the project.

• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Commercial construction project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
