Commercial Construction Sales Manager

• Partner closely with ownership to develop and execute the company's business development and growth strategy.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within the commercial, retail, and religious construction markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, architects, brokers, and industry partners.
• Lead client outreach efforts, networking initiatives, and market visibility activities to generate new business.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline, track pursuits, and drive projects from initial contact through contract award.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and client interviews.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to help expand SB Construction's footprint and revenue growth.

• Proven business development experience within the commercial construction and real estate industry, with established relationships across commercial, retail, healthcare, multifamily, education, and/or religious markets.
• Strong networker and relationship builder who can effectively engage owners, developers, architects, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while partnering closely with company leadership.
• Results-driven professional with a track record of generating new business opportunities, growing revenue, and converting leads into awarded projects.
• MUST HAVE PRIOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR OR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE
