Your role as our Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager spans planning, execution, and post-construction support - all while mentoring teams and driving accountability in a culture that values "owning it." You'll establish the foundation for success by owning the launch process, cost controls, and vendor vetting (20%), making sure each job starts strong and stays efficient. Your sharp eye for data will support accurate reporting and forecasting (20%), as you track billing, profit projections, and performance metrics alongside leadership. On the ground, you'll take charge of scheduling, manpower, and site visits (15%), ensuring quality, safety, and team collaboration are never compromised.
