Responsibilities
Manage project timelines and resources for commercial rooftop solar projects
Lead and coordinate teams of 6-15 workers on-site
Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance and OSHA standards
Oversee quality control and site inspections to maintain high standards
Coordinate schedules and communication between vendors and subcontractors
Prepare and maintain detailed project reports for company leadership
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team leadership
Travel frequently across regions to supervise multiple project locations
