Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Oversee daily activities on commercial construction sites and keep work aligned with project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site crews, deliveries, and work sequencing to maintain progress.
• Review project schedules and track site milestones to identify and address delays.
• Monitor work quality and confirm completed work matches project drawings and specifications.
• Lead daily site coordination meetings and communicate clear priorities for upcoming work.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation.
• Promote safe jobsite practices and address site conditions that may affect workers or project progress.
• Work closely with the construction team to resolve field issues and keep stakeholders informed.
