Were now looking for a Superintendent to lead site operations across Texas and help drive our next phase of growth. What You'll Do

Oversee all on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, and other commercial projects Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure quality and timeliness Lead job site safety, subcontractor meetings, and project documentation Maintain 3-week lookahead schedules using Microsoft Project Resolve field-level issues and collaborate with PMs and leadership Use Procore to manage daily logs, punch lists, and progress tracking

What You Bring

5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects (e.g., retail, QSR, C-stores, restaurants) Procore, Microsoft Project, and blueprint reading proficiency OSHA 30 certification (required) High school diploma required; college preferred Willing to travel within Texas Comfortable leading field teams and doing hands-on work if needed Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
