Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure proper documentation of project progress and changes.
• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with quality standards.

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent should have:

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor

Multifamily construction experience required

Experience with large-scale ground-up projects

Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

OSHA certification preferred
