Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality control, and schedule performance. Coordinate daily with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners. Drive short- and long-term project planning to ensure successful execution. Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor. Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, or institutional projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and safety practices. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules. Stable employment history with a collaborative, team-first approach.
What's on Offer
Salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 + profit sharing. Exposure to a diverse portfolio of healthcare, higher education, multifamily, hospitality, senior living, mixed-use, and commercial projects. $750/month vehicle allowance, $80/month phone reimbursement, and competitive HRA medical coverage through Anthem.
