The Commercial Excellence Coordinator partners closely with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support our network of independent agents across a wide region. This behind-the-scenes role focuses on ensuring agents have the right inventory at the right time, enabling them to successfully fulfill cases and generate revenue.
The Coordinator serves as a key commercial enabler in an agent-led sales model, helping independent agents operate effectively, compliantly, and efficiently without any direct customer-facing responsibilities.
Role Purpose
Serve as an internal commercial enabler, partnering with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support independent agents across the region
Reduce complexity and friction for agents by owning coordination across internal commercial functions (supply chain, distribution, planning, etc.)
Ensure agents can remain focused on revenue generation and fulfilling cases by securing the right inventory at the right time, without agents needing to navigate internal processes
Support commercial agility while maintaining policy compliance in a decentralized, agent-led sales environment
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support independent agents across the region in maintaining the inventory levels needed to successfully fulfill cases and generate revenue.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively work to resolve, and supply updates.
Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, distribution, planning, etc.) to ensure timely and complete delivery of products to independent agents.
Support order processing, shipment tracking, and resolution of inventory-related issues to enable agents to operate efficiently.
Assist Commercial Excellence Lead with order-related requests, including order entry, corrections, and expedites, while ensuring compliance with company processes.
Collaborate with various internal teams to optimize inventory availability and support overall commercial excellence initiatives.
Weekend and on call coverage
