Field Manager

Immediate need for an experienced Field Manager for the Lenoir County area.  Seeking candidates with prior experience who oversee day-to-day field operations, lead and align crew members and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Field Manager will drive accountability, manage field schedules and labor productivity, and collaborate closely with project management, operations, and HR.  Ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and dynamic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Crew Management: Direct daily field operations, assign work based on capabilities and project priorities, and foster an accountable, team-oriented culture aligned with company core values.
• Scheduling & Project Execution: Coordinate field schedules, manage staffing needs, and ensure crews have the resources, equipment, and information required to stay on track.
• Labor & Time Management: Monitor labor hours, productivity, and utilization; review time records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with payroll/HR.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, operations, and HR to support hiring, onboarding, employee performance, training, and professional development.
• Safety, Quality & EOS Alignment: Enforce strict safety and quality standards, collaborate on quarterly EOS Rocks and goal-setting, and use scorecards to track performance metrics.
