Commercial Flooring Estimator / Project Manager

$80,000–$110,000 annually + bonus eligibility

I’m partnering with an established commercial and residential flooring company to find an experienced estimator who can build strong customer relationships and guide projects from initial estimate through successful completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a flooring professional who enjoys combining estimating, sales, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experience, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial flooring projects

• Build lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals

• Manage projects from the initial estimate through final completion

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, installers, and internal resources

• Provide customers and stakeholders with timely project updates

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Recommend flooring products and solutions based on each customer’s needs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experience

• Project management experience is a strong plus

• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or residential flooring products and installation processes

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

• Experience using estimating, project management, or related software

• A customer-focused mindset and strong sense of ownership

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000–$100,000 annual salary

• Bonus eligibility

• Monthly vehicle allowance
