Commercial Flooring Project Sales

An established and rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor is looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to help grow its Fort Myers market.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows commercial flooring, can build relationships, generate opportunities, and win projects, and wants the support of a strong estimating and operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new commercial flooring business

• Build relationships with GCs, end users, facility managers, architects, and designers

• Grow existing accounts and develop new customers

• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through project award

• Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams

• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently pursue new business

What We’re Looking For

• MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL FLOORING EXPERIENCE. 

• Experience in sales, project sales, estimating, account management, or project management

• Proven ability to build relationships and generate business

• Strong understanding of commercial flooring projects and installation

• Self-motivated with strong communication and closing skills

Compensation & Benefits

$80K–$120K, depending on experience and sales performance, plus excellent benefits and strong growth potential.
