I’m partnering with an established and growing commercial flooring contractor looking for a driven Account Manager who knows how to turn relationships into opportunities and opportunities into long-term business.

THE ROLE
• Develop new commercial flooring business
• Build relationships with GCs, end users, architects, and key decision-makers
• Grow existing accounts while opening new doors
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close
• Work alongside estimating, PM, and operations to deliver successful projects

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
• Commercial flooring sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop business and win projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by results
