Commercial Flooring Sales Rep / Account Manager

About the Opportunity

GPAC is partnering with a confidential commercial flooring contractor that sells and installs complete turnkey projects. They are adding an experienced Sales Rep / Account Manager to build new relationships and grow existing accounts. This is a strong fit for someone who likes owning a book of business and being backed by an install team that delivers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with general contractors, A&D firms, facility managers, and end users
• Find and pursue commercial projects in corporate, healthcare, education, multifamily, retail, and hospitality
• Present and sell carpet tile, LVT, resilient, and other commercial flooring solutions
• Work with estimators and project managers to put together accurate, competitive proposals
• Manage your pipeline from first meeting through close and handoff to operations
• Represent the company at industry events, lunch-and-learns, and client meetings

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial flooring sales experience (contractor, dealer, or related building products sales)
• Established relationships with GCs, architects, or interior designers in your market
• Working knowledge of carpet tile, LVT, resilient, and flooring installation
• A track record of hitting or beating sales goals
• Strong communication, follow-through, and organization
• Comfort working independently and traveling locally
