Job Duties:
- Manages production through direction and installation of mechanical systems.
- Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiencies of project installation
- Responsible for communicating and ordering material on time
- Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers
- Coordinate and document additional work over and above project scope through the creation of approved and signed time and material tickets
- Record keeping of daily job production required (Daily Reports) each day
- Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of systems installed (As-Builts)
- Responsible for onsite communication with subcontractors
- Responsible for the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment
- Responsible the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns
- Manages the securement of all Peterson property on the job site
