You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, general contractors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.Success in this role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.What You'll DoManage multiple commercial HVAC new construction projects from kickoff through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plansCoordinate with General Contractors, builders, engineers, architects, and subcontractorsOversee HVAC Foremen and installation crews to ensure projects remain on scheduleReview construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and change ordersCoordinate equipment procurement, material deliveries, and project logisticsMonitor labor productivity, project costs, and overall profitabilityConduct regular jobsite visits to review progress, quality, and safetyResolve project challenges while maintaining positive customer relationshipsAttend project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and company leadershipReview project documentation, RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and closeout documentationEnsure all work complies with project specifications, local codes, safety requirements, and company standardsWhat We're Looking ForFive or more years of commercial HVAC construction experiencePrevious Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, or Foreman experienceStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, rooftop equipment, duct systems, mechanical installations, and construction practicesExperience managing multiple construction projects simultaneouslyAbility to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, project specifications, and construction contractsStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, labor planning, and cost controlExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with General Contractors, developers, builders, and subcontractorsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWho Thrives in This Role?This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing field operations with project management responsibilities.
