D&L HVAC & Sheet Metal is hiring a driven Commercial HVAC Service Manager for our local shop in Florence, South Carolina. We need a go-getter who takes initiative, leads by example, and motivates a team to deliver exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop commercial HVAC service technicians.
Coordinate service work, set priorities, and keep jobs moving.
Help technicians troubleshoot challenging equipment problems.
Drive service quality, productivity, and safe work practices.
Take ownership of results and help grow our Florence service business.
Requirements
5+ years of commercial HVAC building service experience required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive mindset and the drive to get things done.
A commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and accountability.
EPA Universal and valid driver’s license

$120,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience
