Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $35–$45+ per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience and be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

Chiller experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues
• Service and repair commercial air conditioning and heating equipment
• Work with customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service
• Accurately document service work, repairs, and equipment conditions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment and systems
• Chiller experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA certification preferred/required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
